Returns

  • All sales are final. (Please make note of all measurements, weights and sizes we provide for each item, and how that measurement will translate within your space.)
  • No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization.  Please contact us by email or phone. 
  • If for some reason we do grant a discretionary return request, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and your return will be subject to industry standard restocking fees.  In the event we do grant a discretionary return, any return received after 30 days from the date we ship to you will be refused.  
  • Restocking fees for Authorized Returns will vary depending upon the condition of the item returned. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for all opened packages.  
  • Original and Authorized Return shipping costs are not refundable.  
  • We do not for any reason accept returns of or refund used merchandise.  
  • Any items returned without authorization or any Authorized Return received after 30 days from our original shipping date will be refused by our staff.  
  • We insure packages against damage or loss for the full amount you pay for the order, excluding shipping costs. If you should receive an order in broken or damaged condition, please contact us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Damages:  We pack your orders with great care. In the event that a claim is made for damage to merchandise, the original packing material must be held for up to two weeks for inspection by the carrier.
  • We do not 'rent' our items for home staging or event purposes.
